Patient Financial Counselor

Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska is seeking a Patient Financial Counselor to perform the quality control function for outpatient services requiring authorization. Initiate financial counseling process with all patients prior to treatment, which includes patient financial obligations, billing practices, and establishing payment arrangements, to include communicating down payment, deductible, and co-pay requirements with patients. The individual will help patients seek financial resources and payment options, if needed. This position will also research and follow up with self-pay accounts to ensure timely payments are made. Qualified individuals will have two years’ experience working in hospital services access, clinical service access, physician office, or billing and collections. Or, an Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field and one year of experience working with the public. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and work independently on multiple tasks and problem-solve to obtain the best financial outcome for CMC’s patients. Medical Assistant – Family Medicine Clinic

Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a highly motivated PRN Medical Assistant, C.N.A. or LPN to join our outstanding team in assisting with the clinical care of our patients. Job duties will include but not limited to taking vitals, drawing blood, performing lab tests, assisting in medical/surgical procedures, administering medications, answering phones, performing paperwork, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments. Housekeeper

Community Medical Center is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. This is for a full-time evening shift position (flexibility on hours). Weekend (one in every eight) and holiday rotation required. The housekeeping associate cleans, sanitizes and maintains the appearance throughout the Hospital. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, public areas, restrooms and offices while ensuring that proper infection control and safety procedures are followed. Certified Nurse Assistants

Community Medical Center is seeking highly motivated Certified Nurse Assistants on day shift to join our outstanding team in assisting with the care of our patients. Hiring for full time and part time. Job duties will include but not limited to taking vitals, answering call lights, housekeeping, providing assistance with personal care including bathing and dressing, and charting in the electronic medical records.
