Respiratory Therapy Care Assistant
Community Medical Center, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Respiratory Care Assistant. The Respiratory Assistant would perform basic respiratory care to patients under the supervision of the RT Supervisor. Other duties include scheduling, answering phones, assisting clinical staff with patient care, and assisting lab department with EKG’s, phlebotomy, and drive-thru testing. Ideal candidate would be a C.N.A. and/or have prior healthcare experience or in college for a healthcare career. Must be able to be flexible with hours and may include some weekends. Radiology Scheduling Clerk
Community Medical Center, Falls City has a part-time opening for a Scheduling Clerk position in the Radiology Department. This clerical position will be responsible for the detailed clerical functions required to maintain the Radiology scheduling process including phone calls, completing the scheduler component in the EMR system, working with health insurance companies, as well as making sure the patient has a seamless positive appointment. Patient Financial Services Clerk
Community Medical Center is currently taking applications for a Patient Financial Services Clerk. This full-time position will be responsible for charge entries and reconciliation, claim validation, posting cash and electronic funds, billing processes and follow up with insurance and patients. Assure that insurance aging is worked in a timely manner, all aged accounts are checked and every account is noted as to the follow up. Successful candidate will have high level of customer service and communication skills, work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines. This position desires at least six months previous experience in clinical insurance billing and accounts receivable functions. Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician
Community Medical Center, Inc. is hiring for a MLS or MLT. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing medical laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses to provide for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Conduct chemical analyses of body fluids to determine presence of normal and abnormal components. Perform blood group, type, and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes. Analyze test results and track findings. Study blood cells, their numbers, and morphology. Perform EKGs, Holter monitors, and event recorders. Perform quality control studies to ensure accuracy of clinical data. Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment by checking functionality, calibrating instruments, and documenting data. Record any repairs, replacement, and maintenance in instrument logs, and maintain supplies. Maintain safety of patients and staff and assist in implementation and completion of Quality Assurance program. 40 hours/week and on-call, weekend, holiday rotation.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science or an Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent (within six months of hire). If interested please Apply here.

Certified Nurse Assistant

Full-time nights, days, and PRN shifts available. Radiology Technologist
Community Medical Center, Falls City, NE is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join its team. The position is responsible for performing radiology and CT examinations as directed by practitioners to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Mammography experience preferred. This is a Full-Time position including a 1:5 evening/weekend on-call rotation. Medical Assistant / LPN – Family Medicine Clinic
Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a highly motivated PRN Medical Assistant or LPN to join our outstanding team in assisting with the clinical care of our patients. Job duties will include but not limited to taking vitals, drawing blood, performing lab tests, assisting in medical/surgical procedures, performing prior authorizations on medication and diagnostic testing, and administering medications, including vaccines and other injectables as directed by the provider. Housekeeper
Community Medical Center is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper. We have a part-time Day Shift position and a part-time evening shift position. Weekend (one in every eight) and holiday rotation required. The housekeeping associate cleans, sanitizes and maintains the appearance throughout the Hospital. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, public areas, restrooms and offices while ensuring that proper infection control and safety procedures are followed. Paramedic – Full Time and PRN
CMC has an opening for skilled Paramedics. We have Full Time and PRN positions available. Paramedics will provide clinical care to emergency room patients under the direction of the Emergency Room RN. Responds to 911 calls, assisting the Falls City Volunteer Ambulance Service. ALS transfers to higher level of care in coordination with FCVAS. Assist Med/Surg patients under the direction of the Charge Nurse. We offer 24-hour shifts, a competitive salary and benefit package. Successful candidate will have NE EMT-P license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PHTLS; obtain NRP within 6 months of hire. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Prefer 1 year experience with an ALS service. Community Medical Center is hiring ER experienced RN’s. Night shift hours available working from 7p-7a. Our Emergency Room is a Level IV Trauma Center equipped to take care of minor and major emergencies in Richardson County, NE and surrounding communities. Your primary assignment would be in the ER and with the “expectation to assist in coverage” of med-surg when needed. Complete assessment/reassessment of patient and document in medical record. Develop and implement plan of care based upon the assessment, diagnosis, and expected outcomes of patient. You will work with hospital employed Paramedics that assist our community 911 calls and 24/7 staffed Hospitalists who are ATLS certified in advanced trauma care.
