Community Medical Center, Falls City has an opening for a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in their Family Medicine Clinics. This position will be responsible for providing in person and telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to their patients. Will collaborate with team members and prescribe, assess, diagnose, and treat. Ideal candidate will hold a Master or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with focus in Psychiatric nursing, graduate from a state-certified advance practice program specializing in psychiatry/mental health. Radiology Department Assistant
Community Medical Center, Falls City has a part-time opening for an assistant position in the Radiology Department. This position will be responsible for the detailed clerical functions required to maintain the Radiology scheduling process including phone calls, completing the scheduler component in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, working with health insurance companies, transporting patients throughout the facility, as well as making sure the patient has a seamless positive appointment. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a medical office setting, good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Physical Therapist

The ideal candidates will be involved in the evidence-based evaluation of patient disabilities, planning and administration of physical therapy treatments, educating patients and families on treatments, be involved in the area of continuing education, departmental, and community activities. Physical Therapy Assistant
Community Medical Center, Inc-Falls City, Nebraska is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The position also records the patient’s responses to treatment and reports to the physical therapist the outcome of each treatment. Assists Physical Therapist in determining patient abilities and/or limitations in establishing treatment goals and in planning appropriate physical therapy treatment. Collaborates with the patient, team members, and area staff during the rehabilitation process to ensure quality care. Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress. Occupational Therapist
Community Medical Center, Inc.-Falls City, Nebraska is hiring Occupational Therapists. The occupational therapist will evaluate and treat patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living and working environments. Under physician’s orders, the OT screens and evaluates patients and develops appropriate care plans. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, splints, and aids for eating and dressing. Maintains patient records in an accurate and timely manner. Devise special tools and treatments for the specific needs of patients. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

The licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct occupational therapy intervention based on the individualized treatment plan and established priorities for each patient as developed by the Occupational Therapist. Radiology Technologist
Community Medical Center, Falls City, NE is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join its team. The position is responsible for performing radiology and CT examinations as directed by practitioners to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Paramedic – Full-Time
Community Medical Center, Falls City, NE is a Critical Access Hospital in rural SE Nebraska. CMC has an opening for a skilled full-time Paramedic. This position will provide clinical care to emergency room patients under the direction of the Emergency Room RN. Responds to 911 calls, assisting the Falls City Volunteer Ambulance Service. ALS transfers to higher level of care in coordination with FCVAS. Assist Med/Surg patients under the direction of the Charge Nurse. We offer 24-hour shifts up to 72 hours, a competitive salary and benefit package. Successful candidate will have NE EMT-P license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PHTLS; obtain NRP within 6 months of hire. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Prefer 1 year experience with an ALS service-but willing to train a new graduate! Successful candidates will possess a sense of autonomy as the only ALS responder working in conjunction with the local BLS squad for 911 and transfer calls. Registered Nurse – Emergency Room
Community Medical Center is hiring ER experienced RN’s. Night shift hours available working from 7p-7a. Our Emergency Room is a Level IV Trauma Center equipped to take care of minor and major emergencies in Richardson County, NE and surrounding communities. Your primary assignment would be in the ER and with the “expectation to assist in coverage” of med-surg when needed. Complete assessment/reassessment of patient and document in medical record. Develop and implement plan of care based upon the assessment, diagnosis, and expected outcomes of patient. You will work with hospital employed Paramedics that assist our community 911 calls and 24/7 staffed Hospitalists who are ATLS certified in advanced trauma care. Graduate of school of nursing required. RN-Licensed in State of Nebraska. BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP and PALS/ENPC required (or receive 6 months after starting).
