Scholarships Available for Graduates of Richardson County High Schools

Community Medical Center’s Board of Directors Scholarships are awarded to graduates of any Richardson County high schools and are entering a two or four-year college majoring in a healthcare field. This scholarship is renewable for one year if the individual maintains a 3.0 or higher GPA and retains their major in healthcare.

2024 Scholarship Recipients

Ella Kobza

Ella Kobza, daughter of John and Marisa Kobza, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. She graduated in May 2024 from Falls City High School. Ella plans to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and major in Biological Sciences. Upon graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Ella plans to complete the Epidemiology program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with the goal of becoming a Field Epidemiologist. 

Joran Wilcox

Jordan Wilcox, daughter of Matt and Michelle Wilcox, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. She graduated in May 2024 from Falls City High School. Jordan plans to attend Chadron State College, majoring in Human Biology. Upon graduating from Chadron State College, Jordan plans to further her education by enrolling in a Physical Therapy program.
