Outpatient Clinic Assistant

Community Medical Center is currently taking applications for an Outpatient Clinic Assistant. This full-time position will be assisting in setting clinic dates, scheduling patients, verifying insurances, preparing patient charts, filing and communicating with the doctor and nursing staff to ensure quality and smooth delivery of patient care. Applicant must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task, good interpersonal and verbal skills to communicate with staff and patients, must demonstrate effective use of computer skills and be detail oriented. Education Coordinator

This individual serves as a resource on the organization’s education requirements and ensures compliance is met. Maintains CMC’s online learning system for all employees. Coordinates all education courses taught at CMC and is responsible for planning and coordinating with all department leaders to meet the educational needs. The individual must have proficient computer skills, very strong organizational skills and able to work independently. Experience with training, development, and a medical background is highly preferred. Community Medical Center is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. This is for a full-time evening shift position.

The Housekeeping Associate cleans, sanitizes and maintains the appearance of many facilities throughout the Hospital. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, public areas, restrooms and offices while ensuring that proper infection control and safety procedures are followed. Community Medical Center, Falls City, NE is a Critical Access Hospital in rural SE Nebraska. CMC has an opening for a skilled full-time Paramedic. We offer 24 hour shifts, a competitive salary and benefit package. Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a highly motivated PRN Medical Assistant, C.N.A. or LPN to join our outstanding team in assisting with the clinical care of our patients. Job duties will include but not limited to taking vitals, drawing blood, performing lab test, assisting in medical/surgical procedures, administering medications, answers phones, performs paperwork, greets patients, and schedules appointments.
