Outpatient Infusion Therapy Nurse

Community Medical Center is seeking a RN for our Outpatient Infusion Therapy department. This position is primarily responsible for working with outpatient oncology patients and assists with all outpatient infusion patients. Specific job functions include patient assessments, assisting with treatments and procedures, patient education, coordination of patient care, among others. Qualified individuals must be a licensed RN to provide nursing care in the State of Nebraska, BLS certification, Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification (complete within 12 months), must be a team player and the ability to work with patients, staff and providers. Position is 36-40 hours per week varying days and hours and requires every third weekend/holiday on the Med/Surg unit. Interested candidates please Apply here.

Patient Financial Services Clerk

Community Medical Center is currently taking applications for a Patient Financial Services Clerk. This full-time position will be responsible for Medicaid billing, assigned authorizations and other business office functions. File all insurance claims according to payer, State and Federal guidelines. Assure that insurance aging is worked in a timely manner, all aged accounts are checked and every account is noted as to the follow up. Successful candidate will have high level of customer service skills, work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines. Computer skills to include the ability to use the hospital information system, be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prefer candidate to have an Associates’ Degree, but will consider prior experience and/or education. The individual must have at least six months previous experience in clinical insurance billing and accounts receivable functions. If interested please Apply here.

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg

Community Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurses to join its team. We have a variety of hours available, full time and PRN. These positions are on the med-surg unit with opportunities for obstetrics and emergency care as well.
