I have, unfortunately, had many opportunities to receive care at hospitals in Lincoln, Omaha, and Falls City. The Community Medical Center in Falls City is among the best.
My family has visited the emergency room on many occasions. The ER staff is great about making patients feel comfortable and welcome. That is a very good thing when a person is having a bad day.
The nurses and staff in the hospital are well trained and caring. During hospital stays for both my father and my father-in-law, they were extremely compassionate to the patients and to their families. The staff put them at ease, the care was excellent – but there was just that little extra kindness.
I have had many situations when I have needed to have physical therapy. I can honestly say that the PT department here is as good, and in many cases better, than any hospital I have been treated at in Lincoln or Omaha. I appreciate the excellent staff and their genuine concern for me.
