Welcome to National Yoga Month

September is National Yoga Month and Community Medical Center is hosting yoga classes each Monday in the waiting area of Family Medicine Clinic at 5:30 p.m. Your first class is paid for by CMC, after that each class is $5.00. By attending 10 classes you will be entered in a drawing for 10 free yoga classes, plus a yoga mat and a water bottle.
