Shannon Weinmann

Shannon Weinmann, SHRM-CP is our Director of Human Resources. She has been with the CMC team for the past 15 years in the HR Department. She has served as the HR Coordinator from 2008-2012, the HR Manager from 2012-2018 and as the HR Director from 2018 to the present. Shannon earned an Applied Science Degree in General Studies Business Administration from Clovis Community College and is a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

What Shannon enjoys most about her career is assisting all our employees through their professional life cycle – recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and professional development. CMC has incredibly talented individuals, who truly have the desire to make a difference and they are the reason Shannon enjoys coming to work each day.
