Jina Santo

Jina Santo is our Director of Clinic Services. This role entails overseeing our rural health clinics, our orthopedic clinic and is helping to enhance our Behavioral health footprint in our service area. She is a member of our senior staff and helps to set strategic direction for the facility. Jina has worked at CMC for the past 22 years. She began her journey as a clerk in health information management, moving to an insurance clerk, clinic coordinator clinic manager and then into her current role. Jina earned her Associated Degree in Medical Office procedures from the Lincoln School of Commerce.

Jina always knew she wanted to work in healthcare because she loves helping others. Her role at CMC is rewarding and has allowed her to build lifelong relationships with her staff. These relationships make CMC a great place to work. Her current work project she is finding especially rewarding is working on growing the Behavioral Health clinic as it is greatly needed in our area.

Outside of work, when she is not at a ballgame for one of her kids, she loves spending time with her friends and family and getting as much lake time as possible.
