Allan Tramp – FC Family Practice Clinic

This is an independent family practice clinic owned by Allan Tramp, MD. He and his staff provide the full spectrum of care for the entire family. Dr. Tramp, Celeste Jones, PA-C, Jill Bartek, APRN, and Grant Anderson, PA-C are members of the CMC Medical Staff and have admitting privileges. They each serve on various hospital committees to add their expertise and knowledge to the strategic plans of CMC. There office is located at 1423 Stone Street in Falls City. Dr. Tramp attended Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD. He graduated in 1980 with Bachelor of Arts Degree: Chemistry/Biology.After which he was accepted into medical school at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and graduated in 1984.His Family Practice Residency was at Lincoln Medical Education Foundation 1984-1987.He moved to Falls City in 1987 to begin practicing at Falls City Family Practice.

Dr. Tramp is extremely involved with the hospital and community activities. He is an active staff member on our medical staff. He is on the current president of the Sacred Heart School Council. He has served on the CMC Board of Directors, representing Mosaic Life Care. He serves as the committee chair for the CMC Board Community Planning Committee as well as serving on the Board Building and Technology committee.

Jill Bartek, APRN

Jill graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in 2011. She continued her education there graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She previously worked in St. Joseph, MO and at CMC as a hospitalist. She began practicing at Falls City Family Practice in 2022.

Grant Anderson, PA-C,MPAS, PhD

Grant earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from University of Nebraska Medical Center. He also holds a PH.D in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. Grant began working in Falls City in 2016 at CMC prior to joining Family Practice.
