Celeste Jones, PA-C

Celeste joined Family Medicine Clinic in February 2024 but is no stranger to our community. Born and raised in Falls City, Celeste brings a wealth of medical knowledge to FMC, with over twenty-one years of health care experience. Her love of family and community is reflected in her professionalism in treating patients. For Celeste it's keeping our community healthy and thriving.

Celeste and her husband Luke have four children, Madi, Hallie, Brynlie and Krew. They also own Jonesbrook Estates Assisted Living in Falls City. Outside of medicine Celeste loves following her kids in sports, coaching softball and enjoying time on various business ventures.
