Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska is seeking a full-time Childcare Center Director. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring a safe and engaging environment, building strong relationships with families and children, provide positive leadership and guidance to staff members and will be responsible for the development and education of staff, prepare reports related to assigned activities and personnel, be flexible and self-driven, be a driving positive advocate for the center focusing on current children and future enrollments, ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations, as well as adherence to health and safety protocols.

Position Qualifications

Must be at least 19 years old and

hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development;

or hold a bachelor’s degree with at least six credit hours in early childhood education;

or have an associate degree in early childhood development;

or have a Child Development Associate Credential;

or a HS diploma and 3000 hours of verifiable experience in an organized group activity for children.
