Scholarships Available for Graduates of Richardson County High Schools

Community Medical Center’s Board of Directors Scholarships are awarded to graduates of any Richardson County high schools and are entering a two or four-year college majoring in a healthcare field. This scholarship is renewable for one year if the individual maintains a 3.0 or higher GPA and retains their major in healthcare.

Scholarship Application

Scholarship applications are currently being accepted until April 8, 2024.  Applications can be found by contacting your high school guidance counselor or by clicking the CMC Scholarship 2024 link below. All applications should be completed and returned to Community Medical Center no later than April 8, 2024. Contact your high school guidance counselor or the CMC Human Resources contact listed below for more information.

2023 Scholarship Recipients

Reece McNeely

Reece McNeely, daughter of John and Candace McNeely, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. She will graduate in May 2023 from Falls City High School. Reece plans to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and major in Pre-Health and minor in Psychology. Upon graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Reece plans to attend medical school with a goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.

Madison Jones

Madison Jones, daughter of Luke and Celeste Jones, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. She will graduate this May from Falls City High School. Madison plans to attend Northern State University, majoring in Exploratory Health and the possibility of minoring in Health Administration. Upon graduating from Northern State University, Madison plans to further her education with a goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.
