Hannah Siel

Dr. Hannah Siel was born and raised in Falls City. From a young age, she felt herself drawn to help others - friends, family, and members of her community. This passion followed her throughout her formative years. She attended Falls City Sacred Heart School, where she was active and dedicated to her education and extracurricular activities. Academically, she found herself drawn to the sciences. After exploring several career options, she became particularly interested in medicine. It is a profession that allows her to blend her love of science with the unique opportunity to create long-term relationships with patients. This is something she had grown to admire about physicians. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science before moving to Omaha to attend medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). She felt strongly compelled to pursue family medicine and began her residency one year early through the Advanced Family Medicine Residency Program at UNMC, graduating in June 2022.

Dr. Siel was drawn to return to Falls City and our Family Medicine Clinic because this allows her to enjoy all areas of medicine as well as form lifelong relationships with her patients. She has a particularly interested in geriatrics and women’s health.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Siel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She is looking forward to being an integral part of the Falls City community where she and her husband, Jake, reside.
