David Borg, M.D.

Dr. Borg is a family practice physician that sees patients at CMC’s Family Medicine Clinic. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated in 1976. He joined the CMC medical staff in June 1979 after completing his residency.

Sandra Catlin, A.P.R.N.

Sandy is a nurse practitioner that sees patients at CMC’s Family Medicine Clinic as well as Humboldt Family Medicine Clinic. She graduated in 1999 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Master of Science of Nursing. She joined CMC shortly after graduating.

D. Sue Jennings, D.O.

Sue began seeing patients in the Falls City area in January of 2002. She attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated in 1978 and has been practicing family medicine, including OB/GYN, for more than 25 years.

Gayle Keller, A.P.R.N.

Gayle is a nurse practitioner that sees patients at CMC’s Family Medicine Clinic, as well as Humboldt Family Medicine Clinic. She received her advanced practice training from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

J. Terry Symonds, D.O.

Dr. Symonds received his professional degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982 and has been practicing medicine in Falls City since 1988.

Allan Tramp, M.D.

Dr. Tramp attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and began his practice in Falls City in 1987.

Roderick D. Warren, M.D.

Dr. Warren received his undergraduate degree in human biology from the University of Kansas. He attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Guthrie Clinic of Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. He has received the American Board of Surgery’s board certification.

Celeste Jones, PA-C

Celeste Jones, P.A., graduated from Peru State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry with honors. She graduated from Union College and the University of Nebraska with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree with honors. Celeste is married to Lukas Jones and they have three children, Madison, Hallie and Brynlie.

Holly V. Lashmet, CRNA, ARNP, MNA

Holly graduated from the Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, KS.  She has practiced at Stormont Vail Hospital, Topeka, KS; Sterling Regional Medical Center, Sterling, CO; and Western Plains Regional Medical Center, Dodge City, KS and several area hospitals.  She has extensive experience in all facets of general, regional, and OB anesthesia.
