Community Medical Center, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of Humboldt Family Medicine on July 12, 2005. A variety of services will be offered including minor procedures and annual physicals. The clinic will offer rural health services provided by Gayle Keller, APRN & Sandy Catlin, APRN.
