Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska is implementing a hospital peerist program to provide emergency room coverage and med/surg support. We are seeking three (3) full-time mid-levels (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide direct patient care in the emergency room to include performing medical interventions, order and interpret tests and prescribe appropriate medications. Additional duties will include assisting hospital practitioners in the med/surg setting to monitor inpatient care, conducting physical exams, and supporting documentation and follow-up needs. Position includes 24-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited program and have a Nebraska license. BLS and ACLS required upon hire with additional certifications to be obtained shortly thereafter. Registered Nurse, Med/Surg
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patient. Assist in supervising the LPN-C, LPN, CNA, EMT-P and Ward Clerk for continuity of patient care. Collaborate with practitioners and other departments to provide treatments and procedures as necessary for the patient’s well being. Must be a licensed registered nurse with basic computer skills, detail-oriented and the ability to communicate effectively. This is a full-time night position with every third weekend and every third holiday responsibilities. Lead Clinic Nurse, Family Medicine Clinic, Falls City
Community Medical Center is seeking a full time Lead-Clinic Nurse to work in the Family Medicine Clinic. We are seeking a positive, self-motivated leader to oversee the clinical staff and functions in Family Medicine Clinic to include assisting in the implementation of the clinic electronic medical record. The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, escorting patients, performing lab tests, taking vital signs, processing referrals and prescriptions, and following-up with patient care. Full-time to include some Saturday’s and some work in Humboldt Family Medicine Clinic. Previous clinic or hospital experiences a must along with strong leadership skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively handle confidential and sensitive information is a must. RN preferred but will consider LPN license.
