Family Practice Physician
We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to join our community! Community Medical Center boasts a new hospital with 22 private rooms and 2 LDRP’s. We offer acute care services as well as swing bed care, obstetrics, general surgery, diagnostic imaging, oncology, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and specialty clinics. Clinical Information Systems Specialist

Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska seeks a full-time Clinical Information Systems Specialist to collaboratively work with the Information Technology Department and Clinical Administration teams to assist with the planning, implementation and support of the electronic medical record (EMR) and other relevant clinical and business applications. The position is primarily responsible for clinical process transformation for the development and implementation of the electronic medical record (EMR), but may also include other various IT related duties supporting such applications.   Qualified individuals should be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse currently licensed in the state of Nebraska and have a minimum of five years experience in healthcare or Health Information Technology.  The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and establish working relationships with all levels of staff, management, physicians, and ancillary hospital departments.  Understanding and experience with EMR/HIS implementations and/or MEDITECH applications preferred. IT Systems Administrator

Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team.   This position is responsible for the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems server and networking hardware and software and related infrastructure.  The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the facility server environment.  Ensuring optimal server performance and uptime and application availability.  Overseeing the addition and removal of server hardware and software instances and assisting the director in planning and implementation of new equipment and software services.   Qualified individuals should have a minimum equivalency of two years college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field.  Previous experience with Windows Server operating systems, basic switch programming and networking fundamentals preferred. Purchasing Manager

Surgical Scrub Tech/Central Service Tech

Certified Scrub Tech

Community Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join its team. The position is responsible for providing perioperative patient care through use of equipment and instrumentation. The position functions as a scrub assistant to the physician performing operative and invasive procedures by providing technical assistance during surgical cases. This is a full-time position, 32 hours per week with the ability to flex to additional hours. On-call rotation required with the ability to arrive within 30-minutes. Minimum qualifications include graduate of a Surgical Technologist program and current certification as a Surgical Technologist by the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

RN Circulator


Community Medical Center, Falls City, Nebraska seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to care for patients in the OR. Circulating duties required with the flexibility to scrub as well. The RN Circulator position provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care of patients undergoing surgical procedures. Communicates with surgeon and/or anesthesiologist continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with procedures. Assists with maintaining equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement activities.  Must be a licensed Registered Nurse, orthopedic experience is highly desired. Lead Clinic Nurse

Community Medical Center seeks a full-time Lead Clinic Nurse for our Family Medicine Clinic. This individual provides nursing support for Family Medicine by overseeing and coordinating operations involving nursing care, laboratory and radiography. The Lead Clinic Nurse acts as a liaison between clerical personnel, clinical personnel and practitioners, assists with the ongoing training and support of the EMR with all clinic personnel and will oversee the day-to-day operations of Family Medicine, and provide management to Humboldt Family Medicine in the absence of the Clinic Manager. Qualified individuals must be a Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with either a LPN or RN license. Prefer a minimum of five years experience in a clinical setting with strong leadership skills.

Community Medical Center has a full-time, 32-hour/week position available in its Dietary Department. We are seeking positive and self-motivated individual to work as a team member to assist with cleaning, stocking, dishwashing, food preparation and food service. Qualified individuals must have a high school diploma, cooking skills, the ability to use equipment, and excellent people skills.
